Introduction

Thank you for the opportunity to work on this. What follows is a proposal covering two distinct services — each scoped and priced independently, so you can move forward with one or both depending on what makes sense for you right now.

Service 1
WordPress Migration

attcaesthetics.com — platform migration with ecommerce integration, preserving the existing design exactly.

Service 2
Full Redesign

attcenter.eu — complete rebuild with new design direction, programme library, and online purchasing.

All prices in this proposal are exclusive of VAT.

WordPress Migration

Platform migration with ecommerce integration — design preserved exactly as-is

The current attcaesthetics.com is a static HTML site — there is no CMS, which means every update requires a developer, and there is no way to sell courses online. The migration to WordPress with Elementor resolves both immediately, without changing anything about the design. Once live, the team can manage content independently and courses can be purchased directly on the site.

Pages included

  • Homepage
  • About Us
  • Courses
  • Private Training
  • Services
  • Facilities
  • Contact
  • + 5 policy pages
Service 1 — continued

Scope of work

  • WordPress + Elementor Pro installed and configured on staging
  • All pages replicated to match the existing design precisely — layout, colours, typography, imagery
  • All current content and images migrated
  • WooCommerce installed and configured; Nexi XPay gateway connected and tested end-to-end
  • Current courses migrated with content and pricing; upcoming courses are straightforward additions the team can handle independently, or via Lele on request
  • Hosting reviewed — if a change would benefit performance or cost, a clear recommendation will be presented
  • QA across Chrome, Safari, Firefox — desktop and mobile; DNS migration and go-live

Not included

  • Design changes of any kind — existing look and feel preserved as-is
  • New content writing or restructuring  ·  SEO beyond basic page titles  ·  Post-launch support beyond 7 days

Timeline — approximately 3 weeks

Week 1–2
WordPress setup, design replicated on staging, content migrated
Week 3
WooCommerce + Nexi XPay configured, QA, DNS migration, go-live
Investment — Service 1
€ 500 + VAT
Payment Amount Due
1st — 50% € 250 + VAT On signature

Full Redesign

New design direction, restructured content, programme library, and ecommerce

The ATT Center site has genuine authority behind it — Prof. Skandalakis's credentials are exceptional, the facility is purpose-built, and the VR simulation offering is clinically strong. The current website doesn't communicate any of this with the weight it deserves. Working from a carefully selected design foundation, the visual identity will be adapted, the content structure rebuilt, and the result will be a site that works as a proper discovery and conversion tool — for surgeons evaluating training programmes, conference organisers considering the venue, and international visitors arriving with no prior knowledge of ATT Center.

Platform & design

  • WordPress + Elementor Pro on a staging environment
  • Design direction selected collaboratively — options shared for your input before anything is built
  • Visual identity applied consistently across all pages: colours, typography, logo
  • Hosting reviewed — if a change is recommended, clear options with costs will be presented

Pages rebuilt & populated

  • Homepage — hero, three service lanes (Training / Events / VR), credentials, CTAs
  • Training Programs archive — filterable by specialty, format, and availability
  • Individual Programme pages ×9 — curriculum, faculty, date, pricing, online registration
  • VR Simulation — full rebuild, all 6 curricula listed, session booking form
  • Hosting Events / Venue — room-by-room, capacity, equipment, room-specific enquiry forms
  • Facility — floor plan, photography, room specifications
  • Who We Are — profiles corrected and elevated; translation issues resolved; broken photos replaced
  • What We Do — rewritten around outcomes; one clear CTA per service
  • News, Contact, Policy pages — template built, existing content migrated and reformatted
Service 2 — continued

Ecommerce & SEO

  • WooCommerce configured with Nexi XPay; all 9 programmes set up with descriptions, pricing, and scheduling
  • Order confirmation emails; full checkout flow tested end-to-end; group booking enquiry form
  • Rank Math configured; page titles and meta descriptions for all key pages
  • Schema markup for medical organisation, courses, and events; XML sitemap to Google Search Console
  • GA4 analytics set up, replacing the current non-functional tracking

Launch & handover

  • Full QA: cross-browser and device testing; basic caching and image optimisation
  • 301 redirects for all changed URLs — no SEO equity lost; DNS migration and go-live
  • 30-day post-launch support window for bug fixes and minor adjustments
  • Recorded CMS walkthrough: adding programmes, news, team profiles, and pricing

Content needed from your team

  • Pricing for all 9 training programmes  ·  Programme descriptions and learning outcomes per specialty
  • Faculty assignment per programme  ·  Replacement photos for missing or broken team images
  • Upcoming session dates, if confirmed  ·  Logo files in vector format (SVG or EPS preferred)
  • Clarification on the e-learning module (currently listed as "coming soon" on the site)

Timeline — approximately 6 weeks

Week 1
Design direction agreed, visual identity applied
Week 2–4
All pages built on staging
Week 5
Ecommerce tested, content reviewed and approved
Week 6
QA, redirects, DNS migration, go-live
Investment — Service 2
€ 2,800 + VAT
Payment Amount Due
1st — 50% € 1,400 + VAT On signature
2nd — 50% € 1,400 + VAT On go-live
Taking both services together
Service 1
attcaesthetics.com
~3 weeks  ·  can begin immediately
Service 2
attcenter.eu
~6 weeks  ·  begins after design direction agreed

The two services cover separate websites with no technical dependency — they can run in parallel or sequentially. Both are independently priced at their correct level for the work involved.

Combined investment
€ 3,300 + VAT
Recommendations beyond this scope

A few things worth having on the radar — none are part of this proposal, but all are relevant to where these two sites should go.

01

Google Business Profile

Both entities share the same address and should each have a properly configured profile — a quick task that meaningfully improves visibility in local and specialty search.

02

Bilingual setup

Both sites serve an international audience. A Greek-language version is a natural next step once the English sites are stable — particularly for attcenter.eu.

03

Brand alignment

The two sites have quite different visual identities. Once both are live, it's worth deciding whether they should feel like one institution or be more formally differentiated.

How we work together

Both engagements are managed directly by Leonidas Tsitopoulos — a single point of contact from first conversation to go-live. Work proceeds in structured rounds: each milestone is reviewed before the next phase begins, so nothing moves forward without your sign-off. A brief weekly update during the build phase keeps you informed without unnecessary back-and-forth.

For invoicing and administrative purposes, this engagement is handled in partnership with Webdots, a trusted collaborator. All invoices will be issued by Webdots on behalf of this project.

Revision process

Service 1: One round of amends if any element of the replicated design does not match the original. The scope is fixed — any work beyond what is defined will be quoted separately before it begins.

Service 2: One round of revisions on the design direction before content is loaded; one round per page once populated. Any additional revision rounds beyond those included are available and will be scoped and agreed in writing before they begin.

Next steps
  • Confirm which service(s) to commission — a reply by email is sufficient, or return the signed proposal below
  • First invoice issued on confirmation; work begins once payment is received
  • A short kickoff conversation to align on priorities and confirm content responsibilities
  • For Service 2: design directions reviewed together in Week 1, before anything is built
